I know I haven't been around for the longest time, but D*mn !! - Look what we're getting !!

http://www.luckymodel.com/scale.aspx?item_no=KI-K48026

Buying at least two - both will be 'painted differently' !!

Ian.

I want it in 1/72 though I could be tempted to buy a 1/48 boxing

Hobby Boss have anounced the AMX and AMX-T in 1/48th too. Just like busses, you wait for ages and two come along at the same time!

Kinetic are doing a C-17 in 1/72nd! Announced it on Facebook today. http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/235005072-kinetic-172-c-17a/#entry2407375

Paul Harrison

About time somebody did one! I doubt I'll be able to afford it though.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Kit

Is that afford the kit, afford the stash space to store it or the shelf space if built or all of the above ?  ;D

It's not that big, it's only half the size of a C-5 Galaxy ----   ;D  (say I who has two 1/72 C-5's)

If I'm not building models, I'm out riding my dirtbike

The former, acres of space left in The Loft to store it, and it'll take me another 73 years to get around to build it anyway, so the latter wouldn't apply.  ;D

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

AeroplaneDriver

So I got that going for me...which is nice....

Steel Penguin

ohh 1:48 Pucara, me wanty,  ive been after them for a wile, I,ll have the motivation to get some and some 28mm figs to go with them.
now what's the damage?
the things you learn, give your mind the wings to fly, and the chains to hold yourself steady
take off and nuke the site form orbit, nope, time for the real thing, CAM and gridfire, call special circumstances.

All the UK sites I've seen have it as TBC, but Hobby Search has it at 5,525 yen which works out at close to £40.  Whether that'll be the actual cost in the UK or not, don't know.
