and maybe a 'What If' or two

Whaddya mean, 'MAYBE'? Goes without saying..........  ;D ;)

I am wondering if Airfix are going to make the full set of Harrier version. They have in the last few years produced excellent versions of the latter in both RAF and RN service and are now due to release the early RAF versions, would it be to much to expect a T2/T4/T4N/TAV-8A to be released as well?

Possibly due to Sword releasing them last year, however the T-10 could be revamped along the same lines as they did their GR-5 to GR-9, and then go to the earlier generation two-seaters

That would suit me fine

Huh!

They didn't want to tell us that at Cosford, and they had maybe 4-5 of them on the stand in various states of build. It looked VERY good though.

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

The built up examples at Cosford looked very nice

A comment about the new generation Airfix kits.
I have previously built one of the Spitfire F22's and had no problems at all. Sprayed with Alclad polished Alminium.  Great!
I am now at the stage of painting two others. A Mk1 and a F22/14 hybrid, but because I do my airbrushing out in the garage, and the weather at the moment is just to cold for anything, I am having to brush paint.
Those new style panel lines are so deep they are an absolute B1tch to brush paint.
Rant over, I still like their kits.

Pics of the Gladiator sprues on Britmodeller.  Doesn't half look like a clone of the old Heller kit.  Not complaining BTTW, it looks really nice.  I have an old DeltaBits Sea Gladiator conversion in the stash ready and waiting for one.
And as for the new Typhoon - can't wait to get my hands on one!
