Got that and I must admit the I hadn't been aware of their plans for the Wellington until then.

The breakdown of the aircraft and the fact the front of the nacelles with the engines are on a separate sprue did scream at me "I AM SEPERATE SO I CAN HAVE DIFFERENT ENGINS etc"

Didn't they release a pic of a built up MkII a while ago?  Back when they first released the new mould IIRC.
I'm sureI knew that this was on the way.  It's not a surprise anyway.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

If I remember correctly, I first saw a pic/cad drawing of a Mk.!! when the releced the cad/pics of the Mk.1. One of them slipped in I think. Airfix are also going to be re-relecing the Valiant for anyone that's interested.

I have had mine for sale for several years but I am in the US and it doesn't seem that popular here.

Just realised that the Blue Steel Sprue in the new Vulcan kit is actually the same one from the Victor kit. I had wondered a few days ago about the tail cone that didn't look as if it went with the Vulcan.

The Wooksta!

There's a one man band doing 3d printed stuff that may be doing the projected Viper engined Blue Steel at some point.  Well, I suggested it and he seemed keen, so it's possible...

The edition of Workbench I just got e-mailed has a big report on the next edition of the Valiant, box art looks good, and some pictures of the first sprue shots for the Tempest V.

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.
