For the rest of us, it's the same tired old selection of kits they've been selling since before the FIRST coming of Christ!

They've added the Vampire T-bird this year.  Could be tempted with an extra one.

Sounds like a good idea to me as well.

The Airfix Club kit for next year has just been announced. It's the 1/72nd Me410 Hornisse, with extra parts and a custom decal sheet to build an A-3 recce version in two schemes, both of which represent the same aircraft before and after it was captured by the British in Italy:

I checked my local Aldi, nothing model-related. They did have their puff pastry mince pies in though  ;D

Just to be on the safe side, I checked my local Lidl as well, similar story there as well. Will check next week.

Mince pie grading is an extremely subjective procedure, but in the opinion of family Rheged there's nothing wrong with Morrison's standard offering.  However, there are probably as many differing opinions as there are mince pie tasters, and all are  opinions quite possibly equally valid..

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

My Granny (Northern branch of the family) did great mince pies in the old range.
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Best mince pies?  All and any (esp if free!).

I've been punched in the face for free, and it wasn't pleasant regardless of lack of cost

Custom PC used to have an annual feature testing the variety of mince pies available in the UK. Made a nice change from comparing graphics cards and keyboards.
Sadly but not that surprisingly it's gone all online and no longer does the festive test.
