Meh.  Wrong scale. ;D

I'm hanging out for that new tool Rotodyne...

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Well they've started doing WWI fighters, so if this is the way they're going a Camel would seem to be on the cards...

Will it have accurately moulded toes?

Never mind the toes, will it have one hump or two?  ;D

I believe they're going to make the mould so they can release the 2 hump version later

They're is a conversion kit with 4 giant wellington boots for an amphibious version....

I'm definitely keen on the P-40B. Also the Meteor sprues look great.

And also also: the release of the Shackleton has been brought forward to 8 October.

Yeap that was interesting on the Friday originally it was a December Date like the Sea King HC4, then Friday after the Workbench update they changed the date to the 30th October, which some thought was good as that meant the kit would be readily available for Scale Model World, as it generally takes a few days to get out to the retailers and the on-line back orders. Then the news got better as late afternoon the date was updated once again to the 8th of October.

If it does get released on the 8th then I suspect we may see some new builds on the club stands at Telford, although it will be interesting to see who does the first Whif example  ;D

The Wooksta!

Far too busy with many builds - spraying starts within the next few days - to start anything as complex as a Shackleton.  Although it would be likely be RAAF if I were!

You'll probably fettle with it when you get one, but you know some will drop everything to do a blitz build if they haven't anything left to complete for SMW.

A South African Mk2? Just to confuse a few punters that don't know the differences between the versions.

I plan to build the two I have on pre-order as per the box options, different aircraft or squadrons but still RAF.

Wont be me. Once (the Whitley) is enough for that kind of speed build
I always hope for the best.

experience has taught me to expect the worst.

I do have a week off after Glasgow, so it could be possible.  The scheme I have in mind involves Halfords cans anyway...

What do you expect? These guys are 'EXPERTS' of course, or they wouldn't be on Hyperscale. They're bound to know more than a company who's just spent a lot of money and time researching the real aeroplane...............  ;D

[Sarcasm mode off]
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model
