Quote from: Nick on December 27, 2015, 01:38:52 PMIf anyone wanted to pad out their order to get free postage (£30 minimum) I'm interested in a 1/48 Gnat.
I hope you did this Nick - I got one through Weaver and the Black Friday and it's a really gorgeous little kit.

I`ll take a pair of Darings

Seriously? It's a HUGE box and the postage is going to be a bitch, even if I do it.

Sorry, I was just being  smart arse. There has been one in my LHS staring at me for a few years now  I could only imagine what postage would be like !

Yes for sure ! The postage rates these days are insane. I was going to send a poster overseas about 10 years ago. It was in a card tube. $56 ! of course I declined....ouch. Thanks for keeping us poor Airfix starved canucks in your thoughts tho !

Anyone do a Ju87A in 1/72 plastic?
I love those full width trousers they wear.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Aircraft in Miniature are doing a 1/72nd multimedia conversion set to convert the Airfix Vickers Valiant B1 into the low level Valiant B2 version that was built but not put into production.

Perfect Whiff Fodder for doing a Valiant with a difference, and the chances are the low level version would have been able to carry on post 1964 possibly serving along side the Victor and Vulcan into the 70's (possibly 80s).

Thanks Thorv & Nars.
Sprue shots I goggled look OK but i've been caught by Special Hobby stuff before.  The review I read said it goes together OK but the canopy is a bit thick.
