NARSES2

I saw Hank this morning and I mentioned to him that I'd never really looked at the box art for the Fiesler Storch soon to be released in the Vintage Classics collection before. However I noticed the tanks in the background the other day. Panthers and an Elephant, so whereas I'd always thought the markings were for a North African aircraft it must be Kursk ? Or weren't they to bothered back in the day ?

Memories of the first Buccaneer (or NA 39) and the Zero's in the background  ;) I swear it's that box art that gave the producers of The Final Countdown got the idea from

Italy must have turned into a very flat and empty landscape for this box art scenario to have happened.

But maybe the Storch is a whif-out-of-the-box?

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Hmm! now what am I going to do with all the PE set I have to make one of those.   :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
If I'm not building models, I'm out riding my dirtbike

Mossie

Put it on a B-25, B-26, A-20 or A-26.  Or something a bit more out-there like a tu-2?

Walrus was tested with ASV gear too, though not all antennae may fit...

There was at least one vacform, I think Airmodel, but it was terrible. I bought one but it was impossible to build as the fuselage sides were so thin they were transparent!  :banghead:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Big Book says Contrail then by Aircraft in Miniature

One set of the PE I was going to put it on a Liberator

The Wooksta!

Definitely Contrail - there's one on ebay.
