I am waiting  patiently..ish  for tje Dominie to be  released  as I  really  want one  for my RAF builds.

Which Dominie, the one with two wings and wires, or the one with two jets?
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

I didn't know Airfix did the biplane Kit, I've got the Heller Dragon Rapide though.

IIRC it was out under the Airfix label for a very short time, but then reverted to Heller. I guess Airfix just shipped them across the Channel for a bit while they were 'associated' with Heller.

I'd be quite content with either Dominie.

It  means that you read  the instruction sheet

Or to quote Ray Hanna, "both please".

Serious hat on, it's been announced as the HS.125.  Although Airfix have boxed the biplane, I believe the moulds are originally Heller's.

Does anyone know if decals are available to change my Dragon Rapide into a Dominie ?

The one with the  two jets Kit, according to airfix 's website  it should be out this winter.  We shall see.

Xtradecal do a sheet.  S&M have a single Royal Navy subject on their sheet, two if you count the Army parachute team aircraft that's actually a Dragon Rapide.

No probs Robert.. IIRC there's also a Xtradecal civilian sheet that has a King's Flight aircraft.

Airfix has announced a new 1/72 Beaufort and a Spitfire Mk.Vc.

How to reduce carbon emissions - Tip #1 - Walk to the Bar for drinks.

A Beaufort.  That's unexpected.

Indeed.

Spit Vc long overdue - I guess it's the recent Va/IIa release with a new sprue for the wings.

Hawk 100 I'm surprised it took so long to repop that one - I guess it'll come with RAF 4 and 25 Sqn markings.

Not surprised by the RAF Buccaneer, nor the Beaufighter (Portuguese markings are a nice touch).

Now to check their website!  Airfix's not Portugal's, that is.

EDIT: nope, nothing there, guess all will be revealed on the 6th.

Totally . I'll definitely be getting one at least even though I do have at least one Special Hobby one in the stash
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

A civilian Aussie Mk IX (Beaufreighter) would fit in well with my zenrat industries civilian Beaufighter.
