SIGH... Sprue Brothers increased the discount on their moving sale to 20% and there was an Academy M4A3E8 Sherman that just had to come live with me!

Would've bought two but SWMBO took a dim view of that. Oh well, I've got my eye on a couple of eBay auctions anyway.

My LMS has a pile of the new 1:48 Seafire 17s in. Looks lovely, but wrong scale. And the kits available in 1:72 cost almost as much!

Today's additions: An Italeri X/YB-35 Flying Wing at a very nice price from a guy on Britmodeller. Will probably be a turboprop B-35H in Gunship Grey with all the modern lumps and bumps.

From Army of One: a nice little selection of British weapons in 1:35 - I've got SMLEs, Brens, Stens and a couple of Boys anti-tank rifles. Just what I needed for one of my many ideas.

CMK rivets, which come with a drill bit and a PE steel drill guide. The rivets are full rivets, but I bought the the sets mainly for the guides and the drill bits. Pretty cheap for both.
