Got another Academy A-37.

If you ever get the choice between the Hasegawa and the Academy version, get the Academy. It's lightyears ahead in terms of detailing, as the picture shows.

That's the cockpit from the Hasegawa on the left and the Academy on the right.

Just won on ebay,
Airfix 1/72 Hercules C-130K with Bloodhound missille trailer and landrover, came out in the 60's.
Also a couple of Landrovers 1/72 hard top and soft top.
Might buy a few bits from DJ Parkins for the Herc and modernise the Landrovers.

The Wooksta!

One Hobbyboss Spitfire Vb.  That's going to be a PR3 (aka Speed Spitfire).

Thanks for that,
Just bought 1/72 C-135FR-French refueling aircraft and a 1/72 P-3C III Japanese Maritime Forces.(get two sets of decals)

Mossie

Cararama also do them, they're good quality but harder to get hold of.

BW Models do a variety of modern Landies.  White metal garage kits so they aren't cheap (about a tenner for a GS body, £15 for a Tangi), but you can get all sorts:

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Spey_Phantom

Oxford Diecast are pretty inexpensive (around £3.95) and apart from mail order from their website, which I've used), they're also stocked by Modelzone and Hobbycraft. Their 1/72nd stuff is extensive and expanding, as is their 1/144th stuff too.

Bit of a splurge again over the past week or so (must stop spending! :banghead: ), resulting in the following additions.

From Deathjester's sale:
Airfix 1:32 Bentley 4.5 litre - to be modified into a kind of "1930s Mad Max" vehicle. ;D
Weird Russian boxing of the Frog/Novo etc 1:72 Lightning, in a very odd box, and moulded in brown plastic. Canopy is so bad it's useless, but I have other plans anyway...

From the local model shop:
Revell boxing of the ICM(?) 1:35 GAZ 66 truck. To be Post-apocalyptic-ified.

And the big ones, from Hobbylink Japan:
Bandai 1:100 MG Gundam FAZZ (Sentinel Version) Pic
Bandai 1:100 MG Gouf Custom Pic

Both to be customised, naturally. ;D
Some of my models can be found on my Flickr album >>>HERE<<<

You'll need a decent primer with that plastic.  I did a Lightning some years back and robbed bits from a Novo F6.  It was in anti-flash but the colour from the plastic leeched throughand the doors went pink!
