Well, with my latest E-Bay win, I think I'm putting a moratorium on buying any models for a bit. It was a still a pretty good deal but I'm just tapped out at the moment.

I'll just post a round up once everything arrives.
Some clever and amusing quote goes here.

Good luck with that!

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

That isn't a stash - it's a model shop!

i tend think of it as an investment  ;D

Need to add some smore kits to that list .... Would like to add some 1/48 Skyraider kits and some more 1/35 armour kits.

1/72 is too fiddly for me - hence the 1/35 and 1/48 kits !

Going nowhere slowly

Indeed - think of all the expensive therapy you can avoid by doing modelling..... ;D

(and try not to think about all the therapy you'll need because of it.... ;))

Airfix 1/48 Seafire XVII. Looks very nice in it's protective plastic, nice sturdy box tray as well

Need another one so I can build wings down and wings folded. Both to be real, one with the low demarcation to the EDSG/Sky the other with the high

Rather you than me with that most entertaining Z-fold on the wings!

The kit has both options - no cutting - so hopefully should be straightforward. Just give the glue plenty of time to dry

I'd assumed cutting......not my idea of fun.  I look forward to the pix and backstory

Ah - both will be real. I don't wif 1/48 (don't build much 1/48 anyway) I do have plans for a Czech Master 1/72 one though

The Wooksta!

From ebay:
Valom Bristol Buckingham C1.  Bargaintastic price of fifteen notes.  Can't remember how much other high priced mail order houses are stitching people for.

Just back from another trip to Bisbee.  One of the antique stores is ever so slowly wading through 1000's of kits.  Today I picked up:
- Heller 1/72 SAAB 3 Draken
- Revell 1/72 Dornier 228-100
- MPM 1/72 Sikorsky HO3S-1
- MPM 1/72 Hawker SeaHawk Mk 100
Added to this, last month I picked-up a 1/72 SAAB Viggen, 1/48 Mirage III, 1/48 P-40E, 1/72 E-2A, 1/72 Lockheed Hudson,

And they were all at bargin prices.  I'd get more, but I don't have enough room in my bags to fit them all.  I have sent a couple home already, but postage from US to down under is damm expensive.
cheers
