Wouldn't mind it if Revell re-popped this one sometime soon. They go for mad money on eBay these days.

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

Ahah! THAT's where that came from!  ;D

I bought two kits at Telford on Saturday! First was an Art Model Yak-141, a sort of Soviet F-35 many years earlier, and the second was the RS Models Ju-86P, obviously triggered by the Luftwaffe Recce camo scheme discussion on here.

The guy selling them, from RS Models himself said the magic words :-

[Strong German accent]

'Has two wings, short wings and VERY long wings!'

[/Strong German accent]

I also picked up Colins P1130 conversion and a neat Hurricane IID conversion which includes the entire length of the guns, breech to muzzle! Plus some decals for an RW RB-47H I've been building for ever.

First new stuff I've got in years.  ;D

From Sprue Bros. the CyberHobby (Dragon/DML) 1/200 B-49. It's too bad that it isn't 1/144 or 1/350 (or even 1/400) so I'll have to whiff it. What a tragedy...

Radish

Just a small Telford haul.....

1/72nd Gloster Javelin...obviously of Frog origin and very cheap......for Biggles.
1/72nd PZL P-11c
1/72nd Revell  (Heller) Vampire....REAL RAF most likely.

Telford Phase 2 yielded four kits from the Kit Sale, a Hasegawa P-38J, a Heller Super Etendard, a PM Flagon and an Italeri Spitfire VB (Yeah, I know about that Lee......  ;D ;))

I got some wonderful stuff from Odds and Ordnance (thanks OGL for pointing them out) and various recce pods from Model Art.

Plus Mrs PR19's pre-bought Xmas pressie to me was some stuff for my airbrush so I just may be able to use it this year.
