I have a soft spot for these airplanes, and I can not help draw attention to them:

The Piaggio deserves a nomination:

Not really into cars, but as this seems to be a bit of an overlooked area, these came to my attention from AXU and I really like them.

I really like Puddingwrestler's Jones The Butchers sci fi truck and his Hover Tanker, not sure if they go in sci fi or cars categories. http://www.whatifmodelers.com/index.php/topic,33036.0.html

Ok, thanks to Geoff we have enough Profilers nominated to make a category.

Paul,
Think I would put the Butchers truck in Auto and the hover tanker in sci-fi.  But both would qualify for scratchbuilt also.

Well you could pick any of RussC's flying Wings as far as I'm concerned so I'll put these two up for starters.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

philp

Thanks for the additions guys, appreciate it.

Still need more armor, ships, autos, figures, alt histories, and we have no dioramas yet.  There had to be a few done, didn't there?

Again, not really my thing, but these looked rather good from wacek85.

Not sure if this is classed as figures, diorama or both though....??
