Found something by pure chance! Seems the Russians are trialling a quadruple AAM launcher on their Mi-28N.  :o The missiles look like SA-18 Grouse/9K38 Igla to me.

8 AT-9 Spiral/9K120 Ataka ATGMs
40 B-8 80mm unguided rockets
4 SA-18 Grouse/9K38 Igla AAMs
250 rounds of 30mm cannon

Quite amazing what this beast can haul around! :bow:

Yes a very nice find there I must say, that could well be a load out for my other Mi-28 I have in the stash.If I  can locate some missile tubes like that or perhaps scratch build some, there is no reason why it could not carry quite a few  more than 4 aam's  :wacko:
As in 16 or so??? ;D
