I forgot Faller did kits. I remember them for model railway scenery items.

From memory, yes, but it was basically just an image of the "thing" you were buying. I used some of their scenic items, trees, bushes etc for my wargames table.

They tended to use pics of the built up model on most of their structure kits, but sometimes used a pic of the real world building if it was significant.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Oh yes, well undersize for UK layouts.

But they did a few bridges that would pass muster, and their N gauge kits were 1/160 instead of 1/148 too of course.
