Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Stephane Beaumort, the designer of the Seavan, used to be on here. I greatly miss his exceptional work.

[A LOT later...] All Stephane's work can be seen here :- http://bispro.deviantart.com/gallery/ and are WELL worth the huge amount of time you'll be spending on it. There's TWENTY FOUR pages, each one with around 20 images!!!  :o

Intermeshing rotors have always looked strange/dangerous to me, but it is more compact and less sophisticated than a coaxial setup I suppose. It's a good idea, but looks very tail heavy IMHO, I'd move the rotors and turbines back or add a long fuselage plug behind the cabin.

This looks so cool! I want one!
