Ah yes, "Luftwaffe 1946" from Antarctic Press.

That was a pretty cool comic, for a while.  I really liked how they envisioned all those Luft '46 birds in flight.  As the series continued along however, it became increasingly difficult for me to wade past all the revisionism that Nomurra and Dunn were piling on in order to make their story "work."

Still though, for a 90s comic is was pretty cool to have all that "Wunderwaffe" hardware going on in its pages.

Here's one I found today on DeviantArt.

T60E3 Howitzer Motor Carriage by TheoComm on DeviantArt

QuoteThe 152mm Howitzer Motor Carriage T60E3 is a self-propelled assault gun with a limited traversing turret designed to support infantry troops against enemy fortification.

Being introduced late into the war, several years after the design was first proposed, the T60E3 saw very little action over other more modern and more heavily armored self-propelled guns already in service. Mixed with using a specifically designed short howitzer round, the ones that did saw action did not see more than one sortie due to the scarcity of its munition.

Weight: 35.8 tonnes
Length: 6.56m
Width: 2.95m
Height: 3.01m
Maximum Speed: 45km/h

Main Armament: 1 x 6'' (152mm) L/15 howitzer
Secondary Armament:
1 x .50cal machine gun
1 x .30cal hull machine gun

Based off of the T69E3, an American tank destroyer in the game Panzer Front, a game I just recently discovered and completely in love with.

That's hella cool!

And given the tank making capabilities of the early-war US, also quite realistic!

It's also apparent that "TheoComm" has been playing a lot of World of Tanks!

Looks like an M4 version of the T28/95.  I'd really hate to see that thing try and traverse a slope on an angle.

I think you mean the M3.  The hull and left side clearly is.  TheoComm digitally removed the 75mm sponson on the thank's right side and mirrored the left hull side in its place.  The casemate 152mm L/15 howitzer was then grafted atop it all.  The engine deck does look very much like it's from a "Doom Turtle" but that gun mount looks like its from the T28 Concept machine.

And yeah, it looks top heavy as all get out...

I like that, good find Logan
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
