First post here. Some of y'all may recoginze me as "Takeichi-Nishi" on dA; I know Sport21ing does, as we both watch each other. I'm also available in Shipbucket as "Bordkanone 75."

Wellcome aboard sir  Very nice way to introduce yourself.

A hypothetical, post-war IAR 81c with a Shvetsov ASh-82FN radial-engine that was used on the majority of Lavochkin's fighters during WWII.

Unbuilt maritime patrol version of the Armstrong-Whitworth Albemarle in Portuguese service.

ZNDH-operated Messerschmitt Me 309, the unbuilt successor to the legendary Bf 109G.

Post War IAR-81 is very neat. I've always considered it to be an attractive aircraft

The Portuguese Albemarle is an interesting use for the aircraft as well

A bit of a pain to do in plastic though. Does anyone currently do an Albemarle?

Valom, for one.

Unrealized Ba.65 competitor; the Caproni A.P.1

Marcel Bloch's ultimate MB; the 157

Piaggio P.119; the one with a buried engine

And finally, a Luftwaffe 1946 addition: the top aces' exclusive Bf 109X with a Daimler-Benz DB-603 powering it.

Ah, very good, thanks.

I've had a hankering to do one for some reason, dunno why.

I suspect that reviewer's got his airfields mixed up though, they more likely flew from Harwell, not Hanwell as Hanwell is right in the middle of Banbury and Harwell was an airfield before it became the AERE.

Yup the Albermarle is one of those aircraft which gave some good service, but not in its necessarily intended role that tends to get missed.

He has a whole string of various WHIFs.  Couldn't find him mentioned here previously though.

I particularly like the Martin B-51s, especially the RAF one!
