Perhaps the side area of the cockpit pod IS the fin?

And the pilot just opens the respective side door to act as a rudder.  ;)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

This design is actually from a very early Superman comic.  The bad guy, a predecessor of Lex Luthor, set a series of challenges, and flying higher than this one was one of them.

What a total nutter HE was! To my utter amazement I found myself judging a model car competition in Minneapolis in the late 80s, and he was the other judge!

That might be a piss take of something but wow that looks amazing Scooter..thats a great find mate  :thumbsup:
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .
