Fugga Mac Ister

As my hardwork with the Sendengue turns long and boring, I start another model.
I don't know why, I bought in the 1990s a little Fouga Magister Airfix 1/72. I am going to make it asymmetric (tail turned 45°, single-engine) with a very reduced span.

Now I just have to make it plastic...

After a 3-minute build, the Fouga Magister is standing, waiting to be Mac Istered...

An Airfix kit is so easy to build, compared to the resin kits I am building more often. The subjects are less uncommon but it is pleasant in another way
(As the canopy will be painted black, I do not build a cockpit inside)

Do you know the Mac Ister asymmetry was inspired bu the prototype Askance Asymmetric Jet? with the same single-jet lateral close to the lateral-fuselage...

Only you would straighten up a V-tail - nice one Tophe

Why not dip a cautious toe in the waters of paint schemes? Think what fun you could have with asymetric camouflage, asymetric display team colours etc.....
