Project Pantalon

While ferreting around the Dr. P.W. Restlier's Sanity Memorial Library I have come across a rather intriguing reference to something called 'Project Pantalon'. It would appear to be that rarest of beasts, Le Resistance '46!
I am investigating further into the exact nature of the French Resistance's secret projects and hope to bring you details and profiles very shortly. All I can say with any confidence is that it is not an aircraft, strangely the references I have encountered argue about whether it was a land or sea based weapon.
