Normally, I'm loath to bad mouth a company.  However, this mob have annoyed me.

I ordered several kits from them on 30 January.   I received no word from them and rang a fortnight ago to see what was going on.  I was assured that it would be "in the post on Monday" as they were still waiting for one of the kits - which wasn't in stock but was coming from the Wholesalers.    I rang again today as no models and no word.  "Oh, the wholesaler didn't have it in stock."  I suggested that their website should show if they don't have an item in stock.  "It does".  I checked and again it did not show that the item was out of stock and pointed that out to them.  "Oh, it only shows it at the check cart stage".  I checked and now it showed in fairly obvious, red letters that it was out of stock.  When I ordered, that was not evident.  They have obviously changed their website software.   Anyway, to cut a long story short, I've cancelled my order as they couldn't supply it before the middle of next month, if at all!

Lack of communication.  Rudeness and lies.   Don't deal with them.
