Looks a bit like the Calliope, but I don't recall seeing the panels on the sides of the launchers.

They look like the tribarrel bazooka like launch tubes found under Thunderbolts and Mustangs.  I also have never seen a pic of their use on a Sherman.

I didn't notice the tube config, but I agree with Phil that they look like the USAAF mounts.  Those also fired 4.5 rockets, which makes it curiouser & curiouser.  Also the TM photos are vastly different and more authentic I'd suggest.
