So, I just got this neat email from Photobucket:

QuoteChanges are coming at Photobucket and your feedback is important.

We are conducting a survey of our valued users and have chosen Priority Metrics Group (PMG) to administer the process as an objective third-party. PMG is a well-respected industry leader in the consumer survey space.

Your opinion is critical to driving change in our service offerings and your participation in this survey will help us serve you better. In the next few days you will be receiving a survey from PMG by e-mail. Please take a few moments to complete and return our simple survey.

Thank you for your time!
The Photobucket Team

I sure hope they'll reap the feedback they deserve!  :dalek: :dalek: :dalek:
Cheers,
Moritz

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

NARSES2

Yup, it's one of the few surveys I'm looking forward to filling in

I am looking forward to receiving their email!
Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

They really ARE stupid if they think anything good's going to come out of such a survey after they way they treated their customers. Madness.  :banghead:

Thanks for the heads-up. I just took them (temporarily) off my junk-mail list to make sure I don't miss the survey...

Unless they don't care and this is just a data harvesting operation.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

I received my email with the "link" to the survey, but I'll be "b'd" if I can work out how to open the survey or even work out where the "link" is  :banghead: :banghead:

Ensure it's not a phishing scam piggy-backing on top of the bad feeling that PB generated.

QuoteWe are conducting a survey of our valued users...

Valued users? Do they mean the handful who kept on paying for the grossly overpriced service or the millions who they royally shafted?

JayBee

Interestingly, the e-mail that some of our members received was just over two weeks ago.
I have still not received one, thank goodness.
I suspect it is most definitely a scam.

Had another EMail from Photobucket.

Basically a new management team, reduced pricing plans etc. My current subscription doesn't run out until October so it looks as though I might end up staying with them ?

I've got anything from them going straight into the spam folder.
