Personally i thought the the X-32 looked more like a Basking Shark, if Boeing had been able to build their final design with the tail fins rather than rushing the work in progress version then they might have stood a better chance.

Anybody got decent drawings for the F-32 so we could attempt to remake the X-32 as the F-32 design ?

Cheers

Hey...looking good !

But if your wife finds out.........

The Hunter looks really nice, good photography there as well, Gary !

I like the look of  Boeings bird...and I thought it should have won that competition ( well, I was hoping ! ) as the other one is too darn complicated. It's got 'lemon' written all over it !

And I agree with Ollie....you shouls have done your grippen in CDN markings ! :P

Thanks for sharing !

Nice work on the Gripen IMWFO   :D

How's the Arrow project going?

Gary

The Arrow was parked for a while awaiting Toads donkey. And Toad has a wonderful donkey. So I finished up these projects in a rush.
Now between home renovations and final exams here I should have some progress worth showing in about two weeks. Attatchment of the engines and the conformal wing tanks similar to the B-58 tanks. I'm also awaiting some brass to detail out the cockpit and have to buff out the kit canopy to bull mold a bubble canopy.
Unfortunately I also have my Alvis Teenie Bopper idea cooking and a zwerling project started and the single engined F-23.
Where am I gonna fit in time to drink!!!

Well, I think the Boeing JSF is *far* better looking than that bland LM plane.  Boeings has "character"

But then again, I am a fan of big, ugly planes (Phantom, Jug, C-17 etc)

Aaaah, the elusive Purple Gallinule.

Bet you took that in the Everglades, either on the Anhinga Trail or at Eco Pond, two of the more reliable spots to find them.

What do I win?  :P

The booby prize. :P

That's a Purple Swamphen, Porphyrio porphyrio. And the pic was found using a Google image search.

As for the Purple Gallinule (Porphyrio martinica), the Everglades are at the opposite end of the state from me, so we most often find 'em in the marshes of the Florida Big Bend.  B)

It's not my fault, my wife was plying me with cheap Scotch in an attempt to take advantage of me.
