My lovely Girls first model:

Bling Bling

I helped with sub assemblies, all the gold paint and the canopy masking. The meticulous night lozenge was all hers along with the overall plane. The whole thing was built the way she wanted, and she seems happy with it. Definitely her bloody model, which was the most important thing to me

Nice job! I sure as hell wouldn't tackle lozenge camo.

Poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part...

 :o *speechless*  :o

When I saw that profile, I was sure nobody would ever attempt that, no matter how cool the scheme is.
That someone did tackle it is fantastic!   And for a first-time effort it's nothing short of spectacular.

How did she do it?

First model and already a nomination for a Whiffie!
Cheers,
Moritz

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

I know I will never hear the end of it now

we primed it white, then we picked the colors out, along with some smaller brushes, then she marked it all off with pencil and did "paint by numbers," making sure to note the numbers on the bottles for the long breaks (sometimes weeks) that would get in the way. I made sure to write down the colors we used because I think Night Lozenge is about as cool as it gets and may want to try it myself someday. She outlined it in black ink as well

Right, if a first-timer can do that, I can tackle a WW2 dazzle camo cruiser.
Fine work by the lady!
In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.

Absolutely marvellous paint there, I would end up living in a darkened room after attempting that ;D
A true credit to her ability for sure.

Your lady has some serious whiffing chops there, Mr Tomcat! Using lozenge not only takes it to the next level but shows she's got both enviable talent and skill!
