Aussie Model Expo 2011 - 11-13 June 2011

Should be some whiffery there, normally crack it for a couple each year.
good range of traders as well.

There will be some whiffery on the DSMC table this year (more than just my usual contributions). Our Expo theme is 46, which most people are taking to be 1946, so expect some Luft 46 and the like, including a bit of land vehicle 46-ary. Mine will be a post-Nazi Ta 183 and an invasion of Japan Argentine P-47D-41, both seen elswhere on this site.

I'll be taking my camera and if any of the pics are worthwhile, I'll post them somewhere on this site.

I can't get to Canberra so if your camera images could be shared, that would be great.

She-who-must-be-obeyed lets me once a year and I been to Illawarra already.

Great stuff.. your pix are better than my pix of the DMSC display.
You also got stuff I did not take as well.. good eye for whif's.
I had almost forgotten about the Italian DO-335, very nice.

Couple of Speeder bike/rs

Club display, all models were made from plastic bowls as a basis

Fantasmic diorama of troopers in a swamp with Raptors considering lunch

Loved the work on the Speeder bikes and the raptor dio was just the biz

I can't lay claim to taking the DSMC table pics - they were sent to me by Tom from the club.

I did take my camera, but had left the SD card in the laptop at home and had only a handful of pics available in the internal memory, so I had to rely on the benevolence of others to get the pics here.
