Nice find. All it needs is a White Ensign  ;D
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Uh, stumbled across this exotic Transall variant on ebay...

Interesting cammo scheme. Looks like it would do well in winter or arctic conditions.

That's VERY good!

I'm darned if I'd sell that if I'd have built it.

Or rather two of them joint into one?

Stumbled across a 1/144 resin BAe/HS Nimrod MR4A. Asking price £20.
Not too sure if this is a limited run or just a one off.

Who manufactured that then? I've not heard of an MRA4 kit in ANY scale before.

He does (did?) an AEW.3 as well which I have, the castings look nice, with fine engraved detail. One drawback is that the fuselage halves are solid, cast in a mould that was open on the mating surface, so this surface is uneven and will need careful sanding to make the halves fit.
The instructions don't identify who made the kit.

Caveat Emptor:

There is something that doesn't quite hang true with this seller.
The seller has had a number of items up over the last few weeks that have more than a passing resemblance to primarily ANIGRAND (and also suspicions of others)  1/144 main kits  or bonus items with or without conversion.

They don't look all that accurate either (as if this would concern US here of course  ;D) Something odd about the shape of the cockpit/nose of his Belfast and the nose radome on his AEW Comet is MILES too long.

Dunno how I missed this post. But that model is now part of the SIG's reserve collection courtesy of my wallet
