I'm still tickled pink by the listings with a photograph of a box of a sought after model with what appears to be a bargain price. People jump on them only to find that's it...the box. REALLY learn to read the small print 'cos it is there

I've been caught.  Nearly.
I've bid before realising and then withdrawn.

From the ebay case: seller did not react upon my request to stop using the picture at all (what else to expect?), so I've filed a copyright infringement alert to ebay. I have little hopes that anything happens, but now I pull the thing through.
