Not many railway whifs around. This one - declared as such - is IMO quite well done.
From the auction description:
"Custom kitbashed using Athearn PA1 and AHM GG1 shells
sitting on an Athearn PA1 Chassis...to create a one of
a kind, Fantasy GG1-PA Diesel Electric Locomotive Engine"

Very clever, and nicely done too.

A very early hybrid loco, no less.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Found this brown's eBay tonight. Not something I've seen before. Army would be a more likely user and I think the rocket pods are Russian, not UK, but still a nice job and idea.

So I got that going for me...which is nice....

Found what looks to me to be a R/C Bf-109 egg plane.

Not sure if the designer was going for a egg plane style look or if they just got the proportions totally wrong.

Tempted to get one, if I put big spats on it I think it would look like a German GeeBee but with a squared canopy and a inline engine.

Ok try this non eBay one:

https://www.geekbuying.com/item/WLtoys-A250-2-4G-3D6G-RC-Plane-Yellow-497797.html

They call it a cartoon plane so I guess it was designed that way. That site has a picture of the box and the picture on the box indicates that there is a F4U Corsair available also.

And if that link doesn't work for you to see a picture try a google search of: WLtoys A250

A "professional" seller on ebay has a lot of H0 locomotive and rolling stock.
In the middle of the usual run-of-the-mill items there is an interesting whif the "professional" has not even spotted.
From 2 german electrics someone had built an articulated one that never existed:

And it's not the first time. A few weeks ago another one was sold, based on 2 swiss Ae 3/6. Both are nicely done, and I am planning to replicate the swiss, using 2 Liliput Ae 4/7 just bought very cheaply for the purpose.

This E04 Zwilling looks pretty cool - but the coupling appears very tight, I have doubts about its corner-turning capabilities?

Weaver

Display model of a Martin XB-68 (Model 316) that was sold on Ebay recently for around $2600.

That looks like a twin engined F-104 Starfigther..I like it ..a very nice piece of aviation history ..but man the price !!
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

Not too unusual a price for company display model of a relatively obscure project.
