Cobra

think you might Consider a TU-144 AWACS? just for You to Consider.   Dan

It is a big problem, I do not have Tu144  ;D

DC8 likely to be in CLS color /CLS is one of the Czechoslovak Airlines, disappeared before World War II/
Tu 134 with turboprop engine in the nose as a flying laboratory

I will add suggestions

if you have some other ideas /Czechoslovak colors of course/, listening to

The Illyushin AWACS is great, I'm happy you didn't bin it.

I quite like your Tu-134 profiles too. I have the Zvezda kit, but I will be building it real world; the The CSA decals that were included as a bonus with it are too nice not to use.

The Tu-134 Profile with the turboprop nose made me think of the glass nose they put on the Avia 14:

It would be interesting to see that profile used as a base for a Tu-134 with the Av-14 glass nose.

I very much like the current grey/green tactical colours that some Czech AF aircraft wear:

The standard high visibility transport colours are also quite nice:

I think the high visibility transport colours would look great on a DC-8. People will have to look at it twice to realise that it isn't a Tupolev.

Why does it say 'Czech Air Force' on the fuselage in ENGLISH?
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

NATO compatibility. English is the official language of NATO, several other nations put that sort of marking on their aircraft in English as well.
