Remember one of those being the camera ship for the Nimrod MRA.4 first take-off. The airfield at Woodford had an "intrusion" to it's boundary formed from a cul-de-sac with houses and lots of tall trees. We were all stood outside, watching the PC-9 trying to time his pass with the Nimrod taking off, and clearly looking sideways at the runway not ahead, and about twenty people started saying,

"Trees. Trees mate. Trees.... TREES!!!!"

Just then the PC-9's engine screamed and it shot up from behind the trees at about a 30 degree climb angle.... ;D
