Mig-15 Paint Scheme Query

Hey Guys,Bought an Airfix Mig-15 kit, and was Thinking about making it into an 'Eastern Alliance Frontal Aviantion' fighter,would Olive Drab work for that? FYI the Model is 1:72 scale, thinking i might also add a Shark's Mouth to it. What Say You? thanks for looking.Dan

Mig 15s came in all sorts of colour schemes, as it was used by so many different nations for such a long period of time. An olive drab over silver would look pretty sharp, I think. Maybe add brown as well to give a camouflage scheme similar to this Hungarian one? Or if you're adding a sharkmouth, maybe one fighting in the Chinese civil war?

Also have a look at Mig 17/19 schemes - they're all a similar shape, so you could carry a scheme from one to another quite easily.

Thanks Pyro, i'm planning an overall Olive Drab Scheme, will see about the Decals. the Eastern Alliance Markings look easy enough to Reproduce,Placement is the Q though. Dan
