I think I want to try my hand at this project.  I have the secret projects book mentioning it, but is there any other info that somebody is willing to share?  I think somebody here built one awhile back........

Thanks in advance y'all.

Hi Brad

I built the single fin version many years ago as the BSP:Fighters has the twin fin variant, it was basically a stretched F-16 fuselage with a reshaped Su-27 wing. I had a drawing but no longer to hand sorry.

That was me Brad. Althou mine was the P1200-6, the smaller predecessor of the 1202.
It was a rather crude kitbash, compared to Geoff's build

Heres a few old pics of it

Looks just like an F-16 with twin tails.....  ;D

What's all that 009 gauge track doing underneath it the last piccie?
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

I was thinking of starting with a JASDF F-2, since it had the bulkier frame, split canopy and a wing large enough to cut out the trailing edge profile that it needed.  And from the pics I have, I might move the cockpit a bit forward just to get rid of that F-2/F-16 look.
