Duxford Airshow, September 2011

Next Sunday (4th Sept) I'm going to the Duxford Airshow with some friends. Are any of you guys attending?

There are 9 Spitfires booked to fly, a pair of P-40s and an F-15. Looks like the Red Arrows could be there as they are now clear to fly again, depends on how much practice flying they get this week.

Only 3 hours of flying and two foreign jets.... bring back the Cold War!

Start a course down at our Training Centre near Christchurch on Monday so will be driving on Sunday. If the weather forecast is good, I'll go via Duxford - if that's the case, then I aim to be there around 9ish.

Due to a friend dropping out, I now have a spare ticket for just £25. To buy on the door would cost £27. I will be getting there for 10am.
