From A+ V models, you can get a PR II or a PR IIC TacR Camera pods.

I've got that one, and it's quite good. Saves lots of filing and carving etc.

It's the cam pack used on the well documented dark blue 'Grannie II' Hurricane that operated from the Egyptian airfelds.

Thanks guys

for all that input. I am trying to keep this as cheap as possible (I am a Scot when all said and done, and do not throw money about)so I am planning to make the camera bits from the spares box. Now where can I get a 1/72 scale bath tub?

and of course you must realise that these three aircraft were "in field" modifications, produced by those wizards of improvisation, the RAF ground crews in Malta

I'm currently building another of their creations  ;)
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Short update, a view of the various laminations as I build up the wing tips.

I hope you've got the airfoil section correct, the massed JMNs at Telford will be ready to pounce if you haven't.....  ;D

Filler applied, and for this one I am trying the WOOKSTA's suggestion of ISOPON P38 Easy Sand.

No problem with the smell, it took me right back to many years ago when I used Isopon to battle the rust on my car.

Jeepers Jim, that's some SERIOUS span you have on that Hurri!

The Regia won't have a dog's chance of getting up there to catch it.

Good stuff. :)

Neat concept!  I'm wondering what the US equivalent of ISOPON is...
