Fish Tanks used for Submarine Model Display Query

Hey Guys,a Question that's been kinda Bugging lead to My Post:has Anyone used an Empty Fish Tank as a Place to Display Submarine Models? i kinda have an Idea involving a Sub Model but Thought i'd ask you Guys about it. to be Clear,i'm talking anything from a Small Aquarium to atleast a 5 Gallon Fish Tank.  What Say You? thanks for looking. if you're going to use a fishtank why not add the water & fish for a real animated look ?  Those little guppies would work ok for scale -- don't know if you can get miniture squid or octopus  :unsure:

I've got a 39" Disney Nautilus kit that would go nice in the front-yard fishpond  :smiley:

I am planning to do a diorama with a couple 1/700 subs and a surface ship. Someday...
In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.
