Attended the show today.  Entries were down and I saw a lot of retreads from previous shows but the quality was very good and I got to see some old friends so all in all a good time.

Pictures are here.

Some of my favorite What ifs were:

That 'Starlifter' Scheme' C-17 looks just SO right!  ;D

FRACK!  I was going to do that!  Guess I still could but.............. :banghead:

You could do a longer version, just like the C-141B Starlifters. It'd need two C-17 kits but it'd look EXCEPTIONAL in that scheme.

Good stuff! Thanks for sharing those pics!

The C-17 looks great in those colours. The YF-19 is also cool. Looks like some kind of catshark.
Cheers,

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

Here's another, courtesy of the Starship Modeler report on the show:

Love the Ferris scheme...  Yeah, now I know how I'm going to paint up my swing wing F-5.

Think that is one of my pics too (I posted them there too).

There were a ton of Aggressors on the tables and I pretty much shot all of them (what can I say, I like Aggressors).

Probably was, but I missed your hot link.   ;D

Was too impressed with the pics you posted.

EDIT:  Wait, yes you did, since the Picasa link you had is the same as the one on Starship Modeler.

You could always do an RAF, RCAF or RAAF in the earlier White over Grey schemes with full colour markings  ;)
