Now thats plain nasty - but I like it  ;D
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

When the Minas Gerais was up for sale a few years back, I tried (not entirely seriously...) to persuade the bikers to buy it as a floating rally venue. No neighbours to complain about noise, no entertainments licence or HSE BS (outside of jurisdiction), built-in drag strip (slighty dodgy run-off area mind... :o), great concert hall, built-in accomodation (no tents) ready-to-use fireworks.... It could just circulate around the coast, picking up people and dropping them off at their nearest convenient port....

....what would you do? Full double deck 747? Concorde "b" ? Modern day evolution of the comet? The TSR still in service?

Of course, it has to be relatively feasible, but if you could have one whiff that was real, what would it be?

Douglas B-19 Hemisphere Defender . . . as I would have designed her.  ;D

A Republic Rainbow in PanAm markings.   And she'd stay in service for a very long time.

I think about this quite often, so I would say if I could build a real life whiff, it would be of whatever the model I'm building currently because I try to make all of them some what plausable.

NOW you're talking! How wonderful would one of them look?
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model
