OK, gone to Plan C on my P-40E Warhawk: Greece fights on! The RAF transfer the best planes they can spare from North Africa to Athens.
This is all hoping that the ESCI decals work. If not I'm slightly stuffed.

Well, chums, I'm all packed-and-ready-to-go. The Huckebein will not be finished, but as I've received a number of very positive comments, I may just bring-it-along as a work in progress, so folks can poke at it/fondle it/laugh loudly at it etc. Really looking forward to the show this year, just not looking forward to the free-for-all that is getting parked-up !!

That's it, I'm done. I've had enough. No more cutting, sanding, test-fitting, gluing, painting, decalling, cursing etc!  :cheers:

Just realised that my Curtiss Cleveland which is in flying mode had no pilots moments after I'd glued the 4-part canopy done. :banghead: Fixed it.

Undoubtedly I will spot something wrong with the models but they'll have to do. Still need to pack my bags and load the car for an early start tomorrow. But first, chilli con carne for tea!

Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

well today has been a chill out day. day off work, lye in ect ect.

sorted out what needs loading in to the Scenic. that will be loaded in the morning, just before I head off to pick brother Narses up at Wellingbrough station at 8.50am...........Then is wend our way to the A5 and across country to Telford  ;D Then two days of utter mayhem with you lot ;D ;D :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :drink: :drink:
