To quote Brother Narses.
QuoteOnly a few weeks to go so I thought I'd post a general invitation to anyone going to come along and say hello to the lads behind the What If SIG stand. Meet some of the faces.

Dont be afraid to speak to those behind the stand. We will make you very welcome.

The banter on the other thread may seem daft to those not in the know, but is based on events from last years show. Terry AKA Radish has a toy rubber chicken as a mascot (its realy a duck!). One of our number "kidnapped" it off his Biggles sig display, leaving a ransom demand, and the joke has been ongoing for the last 12 months..................

I only have 6 models to finish before Telford..."target date" is one week today!! That'll give me a week  of careful thought and reflection before the weekend of glorious modelling mayhem, friendship and all round good fun!!

Hope some of you come along and say Hi we are not that bad in real life belive me, i have found a real home for my mind here, and a lot of support for my problem, thanks guys
Me, I'm dishonest, and you can always trust a dishonest man to be dishonest.
Honestly, it's the honest ones you have to watch out for!!!

The Wooksta!

You still after that 72nd Airfix Concorde, Lenny?

1941 - two sprayed and ready to decal, the third has one coat but is stalled.  Too many Spitfires have priority.

A note about the Friday set up from the Branch and SIG paperwork - ONLY IPMS members are allowed in on the Friday set up NO children under the age of 18 will be allowed in due to the conditions laid down by the insurance and by the International Centre

So if bringing the family on Friday, either get them to drop you off to do your set up or better wait till the Saturday, rather than have an argument on the door with the volunteers who are only doing as instructed because the Centre Security will still refuse access anyway.

Just so that there are no issues at the doors.
Branch/sig set up is from 2pm onwards. only those there for official duties will be given access to the hall before then. So if you arrive before 2, dont complain when they turn you away.
