Couldn't agree more!! This is a beautiful kit & I'd like at least 3 for my post war RAF/USAF first operational jet bomber whifs!!! I "only" paid £23.95 for the kit the last time I got one on evilbay but, I've seen it go for nearly £70!!! Just as an afterthought, am I the only one who thinks  the Arado E.555 bears a remarkable resemblance to the the large bomber/transport that appeared on Raiders of the Lost Ark? :-\
Loves JMNs but could never eat a whole one!!

Looking on Hannants, it looks like both Azur and Special Hobby are doing the Vautour.

As I said both versions (IIB & IIN) are pictured in this months magazines so expect them at SMW or just after

This is a wishlist, afterall...

1/700 stuff for me:

HMS Vanguard (the best looking battleship the UK ever built)
USS Zumwalt DDG-1000 (the ugliest looking ship the US ever built)
USCGC Bertholf WMSL-750 (great base for a new FFG)
the above called for final configs for HMS Ark Royal and HMS Eagle
the above called for late refits of the Essex class
USS Enterprise CVN-65 POST-1982 refit (we've got more than enough of the pre-refit ones, both 1/720 and 1/700 (Upcoming Cyberhobby))
USS Virginia SSN-774 (why so many USN ship classes have been named Virginia class escape me...)
NS Savannah
Sovietski Soyuz class BB (yeah, I know, pipe dream)
Shi Lang CV (or whatever the Chinese are calling the refit Varyag)
Vikramaditya refit of the Baku
HMS Ocean
USS Makin Island LHD-8 (enough differences between it and her sisters, yet enough commonality, would make this one an easy win)
USS Midway CV-41 late service
USS Franklin D. Roosevelt CV-42 late service (my uncle served aboard her)
USS Coral Sea CV-43 late service
USS Alaska CB-1 (still want a styrene version)
USS Des Moines CA-134 (I know there's a resin version, but I want a styrene one)
USS Worcester CL-144
USS Norfolk CLK-1

1/144:

747-8
A proper model of the 747/Shuttle combo (the ancient Revell kit's shuttle pylons are woefully lacking)
A400M as mentioned above
C-27J
C-160
Ebraer E170/E190
HC-144A
Dash 7
MD-11
CRJ-900
Dream Chaser CCV
Buran stack in Styrene

1/72:
That stealth version of the H-60 used for special ops
A-10 with 107th FS markings (new local boys  ;D )
HC-144A
Dash 7
Any JLTV
Any GCV
RG-31
RG-33 6x6 (been to the factory that made them)
RG-35
XM8 AGS/Thunderbolt (personal want, have a custom made model in 1/35, now want a 1/72)
MLRS carrier
I exist to pi$$ others off!!!
My categorized models directory on my site.
My site (currently with no model links).

Where to begin????? ;D

Avro Lincoln
Avro Shackleton ( as many marks as possible please!!)
VC-10
Belfast
Argosy
Britannia
Andover
Beverley
Hastings
Avro York
New Short Stirling
New radial engined Halifax
All marks of Gloster Javelin
C-133
C-74
C54
DC-7
C-17
C-5A/B
Avro Tudor
Handley Page Harrow
Bristol Bombay
A new Lockheed Neptune ( all marks please!!)
A complete ban on the endless issues of Spitfires/P51s/P-47s/BF109s/FW190s & any other WWII fighters that have been done to death already (yawns!) ;D
F7 Cutlass series ( Fujimi kits long out of production)
A decent B-52D/G/H
A decent B-47
Airfix to remould their old Vulcan B2
Vulcan B1/B1A
Victor B1/B2
Myasischev M4
IL-76
AN-22
Lockheed Cheyenne ( remember that? Only helicopter that looked meaner than the Apache ;D)
C-141A/B
A complete ban on the import of Hasegawa/Trumpeter/Tamiya/Academy/Italeri kits into the UK unless prices are immediately reduced by at least 50% ( OK - only joking here!! Never happen!! ;D)
All  of the above to be at least 1/72 and/or (where practical) 1/48!
Phantom FG1/FGR2 (1/32) As long as it's Revell - I cannot afford anyone else's 1/32 kits
All of the Thunderbirds!! (1/72 at least!!) as well as that magnificent Zero-X spaceship from the first Thunderbirds film. That big nuclear powered airliner (Skyflash?) would be awfully nice too!

Did I miss anything? Probably but, as it's just harmless fantasy, there's no harm ;D

Being perfectly cynical, I d suggest that the chances of most of these (particularly the British real life  ones) ever being produced are probably about zero squared !! Largely because they were not used by other air forces - particularly the USA.

Oh, a new flat to house them all!!

Allan

Happy fantasising everybody!! ;D

Plenty there I'd be happy with but the Thunderbirds in 1/72 would be ace! RAF TB1 in high speed silver, firebird markings and a load of Red Tops. OR F.155 winner.
