Coo, never heard of that one. It looks like a Lavochkin version of a Yak-23.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Here you can see how this model was born:

La-152 and -156 will follow, but a bit later. Musa plans to make the whole family of Lavochkin jet prototypes. Most probably the next one will be La-168 - the MiG-15 competitor:

I just got the LA-150 and Yak-50 kits from Prop & Jet. They are some of the nicest resin kits that I've ever seen - crisply molded with no obvious pinholes and very little to no flash on the parts, which are bagged in groups.
The only drawback was the wait. Musa mailed the kits promptly in mid November and that's when they were post-marked. They were in some sort of US Customs/Postal Service limbo for most of that time.

Highly recommended!

Hello all!
Very old project from Prop&Jet. Scaled Composites 151 ARES 1/72

Long been in unfinished form. I try to understand, it makes sense to finish and cast kit? What do you think?

Oooh the Ares, that should be ideal for What-if modelling

I'd be very interested in the ARES, I've been after one for a while.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.
