Hi all!
As far as I have seen, there is no topic here like this. But I'm sure that some of you heard the name Prop&Jet (or Prop-n-Jet), the Russian producer of resin kits based in the city of Nalchik. Actually the company consists of one man, named Musa Zekoreev, known as Walker at Russian modelling forums. Let me present you his newest kit (No.72209) which is Lavochkin La-150 early jet fighter in 1/72 scale:

A bit more pictures here: http://propjet.ucoz.ru/forum/4-31-1

Also he has in production now:

Yakovlev Yak-50 transonic interceptor;
Lavochkin La-5 - the most correct one in 1/72;
Nikitin NV-1 sport aircraft;

and some weapons and conversion/update sets, among which there is
DB-021 turboprop engine.

Interesting stuff indeed. That last link to the DB-021 turboprop shows it fitted to an A3-234! Excellent idea.  :thumbsup:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

That La-150 looks really well cast. So does the Yak-50.. however, who sells these? I found someone in Israel selling the Yak-50 on Ebay; there don't seem to be many easy or reliable ways of getting his models outside of the Caucasus.

Yes, you can contact Musa at propjet@yandex.ru. He says he can sent his models to everywhere. I think this is the easiest and less expensive way to get them.

Also you can order them from Armory.in.ua, but this is more expensive way.

I have been looking at his stuff on models UA, and it is priced well too. They will post worldwide also. I want some of the weapons for my early soviet aircraft, there is a KAB 500r coming out soon which for me at least will be a must have item. There is also the JASSM cruise missile too, this might yet go in my future MRB-3 Manta Ray build.

Those who are interested in DB-021, must contact Musa himself! He says this item is out of production because of total absence of demand.
But I think he can make some molds for those who need.

I just ordered the La-150 and Yak-50 directly from Musa. He responds quickly. You can't pay via Paypal, but the method he recommends (money transfer to his bank) worked well (so far). In some neighborhoods of Los Angeles, money transfer places are about as common as Starbucks. It was an unusual experience, but pretty quick and painless.

Redstar72:

I asked Musa about the DB0-021s as well and he directed me to Anton at Rumodelism.

Unfortunately, this set out of production, due to poor sales. All the remaining sets are sold here:http://shop.rumodelism.com
You can write to Anton Tsupka: shop@rumodelism.com

Has he changed his mind?
