Given my poor building rate at the moment, I think I should steer clear of giving firm comittments to tricky projects. Looking at those plans, I don't see a place for my souped-up Lysander, so I'll withdraw it.

Things I could do very easily:

1. Me.1111 (PM kit) to replace the Me-163

2. Red Arrows Fiat-91 to replace the Red Arrows Gnat

Suggestions:

The logical replacement for the SR-53 would surely be Freightdog's Avro 720? (I havn't got one...)

The logical replacement for one of the Lightnings would be Freightdog's SR.177 (ditto...)

The logical replacement for the Pucara would be a Bronco in Argentine colours.

The Wooksta!

Martin, I'd rather give you the Dagger Hurricane to replace the Far East one you have.  The latter is pretty ropey and the former wouldn't take much to finish.  Actually, there's a Croatian one with a DB 605 which also needs very little work to finish. Found that one a few weeks back.

Do you want the Mig-21 or Su-15, both in RAF markings?

I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

I also have a MiG21 SMT in that 2 tone grey the Phantoms used in the mid 80's as well as an RAF Mig23 and 29 if you want 'em; As well as some ideas for ME262's.

In the already made and reasonably presentable corner, I have the following. I'm not sure where exactly they'd fit or what they'd substitute for, but I can bring them if you want them (and I may bring them anyway, depending on transport).

Flitzer in low-viz grey WWII German markings

Nicaraguan single-seat Iskra with rocket pods and AA-8s

El Salvadorean single-seat Magister with rocket pods

Everything else is either wheels-up and/or has a pilot figure in it, I'm afraid.

That'll be the Hunting H126 Jet wing research aircraft, Now that really WILL be difficult to replace, unless someone has bult an 'in service' one in camouflage etc.

And it looks like Cosford really HAS got a PR19 at last!!! See here :- http://www.rafmuseum.org.uk/cosford/news/article.cfm?headline=Museum-unveils-new-Spitfire  ;)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Did someone mention an MRCA in here somewhere? I've just found an unbuilt Airfix MRCA kit that I'd donate to a willing soul who'd build it. I won't have enough building time before the event.

If I could find an Airfix A-4 Skyhawk I'd like to have a go at chopping it up to look a bit like the SR53.  Along the lines of the 'fake' Angel Interceptor at Telford - 'I wanted an Airfix or a Freightdog SR53 but couldn't find/afford one' kind of thing.
Also, I could bring my Kestrel Gladiator to replace the Hind?
I do like Lenny's Tunnan idea!
