Great, thanks. That 'can is doing a much better job on the back of your engine than it ever would on an Airfix F-111!  :thumbsup:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

bit of news from Cosford chaps.  went over today as they have got a new bit o stuff on dispaly, theve got a GR9 harrier where the Tonka was. dont know if this will alter anything or not.
the things you learn, give your mind the wings to fly, and the chains to hold yourself steady
take off and nuke the site form orbit, nope, time for the real thing, CAM and gridfire, call special circumstances. 
wow, its like freefalling into the Geofront

Mrs PR19 and I were at Cosford today and saw two guys going round with a tape measure and a couple of floor plan diagrams.

I asked if they were planning the stands for the April 1st event and they said yes '.....as the Museum were moving exhbits around and we had to re-site a few stands'. He also mentioned the Museum were REMOVING the Martin Baker Meteor T71/2  replacing the entire M B display with a Eurofighter Typhoon! They weren't going to have a full list of the movements till next week when they had a meeting planned with the Museum staff.

There'd been a lot of changes in Hangar 1 too, not that it will affect our plans for the show.

bit of a shame having to remove the MB display, and id have thought a Typhoon would be in a diffent hanger as thats the experimental hanger, odd...... my freind whod dragged me over yesterday said that shed got newspost saying that theyed got the harrier and herc, also mentioned something abought a euro fighter prototipe , and i wondered if theyed got the EAP.  Still one of the trials euros would look shiney

I am now in possession of the Wooksta entry for the display, its slated for the Lincoln slot. But I am planning that slot as a time share between Lee's and Tims efforts. So both will get a fair crack at a public viewing :)
At Lee's request all info about his entry is being kept quiet, so we can maximize its impact when it arrives at the show.

If I am to do this I will need ETPS markings*. There was a raspberry ripple Angel Interceptor (sounds like an ice-cream! ;D) at MK and he said he used the decals from the TSR.2 what-if sheet so if anyone can donate that I'd really appreciate it. Otherwise it'll have to be in RAF camo as the first in-service trials aircraft.

*And a steady hand for painting. And good white spray paint. And good pics of the Jag. :blink:
