Me, I'm dishonest, and you can always trust a dishonest man to be dishonest.
Honestly, it's the honest ones you have to watch out for!!!

Nice one Lenny :) I wasnt sure if your house move would get in the way.
I always hope for the best.

experience has taught me to expect the worst.

I'll have a look at a old Airfix Lightning F.1A kit and see if an SB5 can be hurled together  from the bits.  Saves buying a Mirage!

OK.  Airfix Lightning sans radome, leave the belly tank but have a shortened fin plus triangular T-tail and SB5 paint job.  Should I have a go Martin?
;D ;D

If you have a contender then as I've got enough on my plate with work, home and....modelling I'll pass then, Martin.

As my Mitsubishi F-16-2A just neads mostly paint and decals it will be available for the SIG if not the display, at least it will give options to confuse the punters by swapping things around now and again.

Whereas Candidate #1 was a repaint (plus wing tip and drop tanks) of what was originally a Revell Flitzer finished in Swedish markings (therefore a whiffed whif rewhiffed), this is out of the spares box.  30+ year-old V1 from a long lost FROG/NOVO Spitfire 14 kit, canopy from a PM Sea Fury and the trestle made from Airfix Tornado GR1 sprue plus wheels from a long-lost/forgotten Airfix Sea King.  Transfers/decals are hand made.
Oh, and the fins were made from a Airfix Puma cabin seat!
Candidates 3 and 4 on the way.
