It's an odd patent, isn't it? Hardly any description, just a couple of drawings.

Perhaps its an upsidedown Beluga?

Actually, that makes a lot more sense than the Beluga does.  Much easier loading and unloading.  Mmm, I wonder if you could do that?  Invert the Beluga fuselage, re-invert the nose with the cockpit....?

I've just had a look at one of my Beluga kits, and I think that would work. The only big problem is the landing gear, you'd have to go the C-130, C-17, An-124 route and add big bulges for the gear at the bottom corners of the fuselage.

Or the Tupolev route with long, stalky legs which fold up into wing pods...

I started looking at this and I think you might need a separate A300 nose and cockpit to make it work from the pictures I found online of the Beluga kit.
