so what is the technique

dark coat first and then the light colour (that is the way it looks)

or the other way round

and I like the black canopy frame - very butch

I have the same kit, but I'm intending to build it as an A model, using the take-off trolley from a Mistel 5 suitably modified. I hope mine comes out half as good as yours!

so do you use free hand for the darker mottle - or some sort of masking or blue tac thing to get that great mottle?  Would love to know the technique because it looks really great
