Funny you should say that, I have all the bits necesarry for such an model, apart perhaps from the RAAF decals.

Would the RAAF have used the CT52 pod though, or something of their own design?

Australian aircraft & ships have often used "standard" housings for native designed avionics/electronics/etc, just use that as part of your whifstory, Kit.

This is just a guess, but going through the list of F-4 serials on ADF serials I see that the RAAF serial numbers exactly match the USAF serials for the same aircraft. Eg in RAAF service an aircraft was A69-0304 and in USAF service is was 69-0304 (indicating it was ordered in fiscal year 1969). As these aircraft were on loan from the USAF I'm guessing that the serials were kept common for the sake of simplicity.
